An Ongoing Destruction: Refugee Women project's last day!!

Today, after an enjoyable week, we have realized the last day of our project.

We started the first activity of our last day with a warm-up tour. In this activity, the participants played the mirror game in the meeting room of the hotel in order to relax and have fun. In this activity, our participants stood facing each other. Our participants, 48 in total, chose a partner and then one of the partners imitated the movements of the other participant as a mirror. The leader they chose among them observed the participants and those who were surprised while doing the movements were eliminated from the game. this activity was coordinated by the Ukrainian group leader. Then we moved on to another activity, the certificate ceremony.

Our participants filled out the Youthpass certificate on the computers in the hotel within the Youthpass information given on the first day. In this study, which our participants filled in individually, they evaluated the skills and competencies they gained throughout the project. After the completed documents, Youthpass certificates were distributed to the participants under the responsibility of the Austrian leader. Then, under the leadership of the Austrian leader, the participants visited the city of Wien. The participants had fun taking lots of photos and videos. After the city tour, a cultural night was held in the event hall of the hotel to learn about the culture of Turkey. and finally, after an evaluation discussion about the whole project, our project was completed.

In this project, we tried to improve the communication skills of our participants and also informed the participants about understanding refugee women, which is the main goal of our project, and enabled them to get to know refugee women closely and empathize with them closely. We ensured that the participants had a pleasant time in our project, which we carried out for 1 week.
