Our erasmus project was accepted

Our Erasmus plus project titled An Ongoing Destruction: Refugee Women with reference number 2023-1-AT01-KA152-YOU-000119137, which will take place in Pflach, Austria, will start on 23.02.2024 and will end on 01.03.2024. There are 6 countries Austria, Turkey, Romania, Romania, Bulgaria, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Latvia in our project which is 6 days in total. In the project of 48 people, a total of 8 people from each country will participate. At the same time, importance was given to gender equality in the selection of people in the project.


In our project, we aim to ensure that the young people participating in our project have knowledge and awareness about the problems faced by refugee women.

At the same time, we aim to create an impact in local, regional, national and international areas by increasing the visibility of our project through dissemination activities to be carried out during and after our project.

To generate ideas with our participants about what can be done about the health problems of refugee and migrant women, To inform and raise awareness of participating youth that refugee and migrant women are exposed to multiple traumas during migration, including repression, physical and sexual violence and life-threatening situations, To inform and raise awareness of participating young people that patriarchal values, cultural and individual taboos negatively affect health literacy in reproductive health, sexual health and maternal and child health and the ability to transform acquired knowledge into behavior, To seek answers to the questions of what can be done and how awareness can be raised about employers who employ refugee and migrant women as slaves by working long hours and not giving them their labor, Sharing the problems of disadvantaged refugee women, understanding the importance of volunteer work with our participants and getting rid of negative prejudices, A visit to the refugee camp with the participating young people to witness the problems of refugee women more closely and With the implementation of our project, we aim to improve the negative behaviors of young people against refugees such as prejudice, racist and hate speech.
