Virtual Sharing event

This study is an initiative that our organization carried out during the pandemic period before becoming an association. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, minority groups in different countries came together through online interviews.

The main purpose of the event was to enable participants to share their experiences about the laws against minorities in their home countries and the societal responses to these laws. In this way, by sharing their own problems, participants realize that others face similar challenges and explore common solutions.

During the online interviews, participants share their personal experiences and the impact of the legal arrangements for minorities in their countries. Each participant elaborates on the challenges faced by minorities in their country and how they have tried to find solutions to these challenges.

Participants concretize the problems by giving examples from their own experiences. This sharing of experiences helps people to get rid of the idea that they are the only ones experiencing problems and to approach each other's difficulties from a more empathetic perspective.

This activity encourages participants to understand the problems facing minorities in their own countries. Coming together on a common platform allows people to address such issues from a collective perspective. This interaction inspires the participants to find common solutions to the problem.
